How do you get the Diablo 4 Sepazontec? With the addition of the Spiritborn class in the Vessel of Hatred DLC, you’ve also got a host of new gear to add to your collection. While the Rod of Kepeleke is the hot new weapon on the block for many, the Sepazontec is a worthy contender.
The Diablo 4 Sepazontec quarterstaff substantially increases the damage of your basic skills, making it an easy-to-use weapon in any Diablo 4 Spiritborn build. With that said, it’s worth taking a look at the best Diablo 4 builds right now to see what options you have.
How to get the D4 Sepazontec
The Sepazontec Unique drops from two Diablo 4 bosses: The Echo of Duriel, King of Maggots, and The Echo of Andariel, Maiden of Anguish. There is also a rare chance to acquire it from enemies, chests, and Helltide events, as well as through the Purveyor of Curiosities in Sanctuary.
Though the Sepazontec is a new weapon in the Vessel of Hatred DLC, both the Echo of Duriel and the Echo of Andariel are base-game bosses. You must have defeated them during the campaign before you can challenge them again on Torment difficulty. Farm whichever boss you find easier to summon and defeat, as the faster you beat them, the more chances you have at earning Sepazontec.
The Echo of Duriel can be summoned in the Gaping Crevasse to the south of Gea Kul using a Mucus-Slick Egg and a Shard of Agony at the summoning altar. These must first be acquired from the Echo of Varshan and Grigoire the Galvanic Saint.
On the other hand, the Echo of Andariel is found at Hanged Man’s Hall in Kehjistan, where you will need two Sandscorched Shackles and two Pincushioned Dolls, obtained from Lord Zir and The Beast in the Ice, respectively, to summon Andariel.

Like other Uniques, Sepazontec can also drop from any enemy or chest, as well as Helltide events. Given the large loot pool and sporadic nature of random loot, this method is much less precise and not recommended if you’re specifically hunting for Sepazontec.
Similarly, Sepazontec is also available at the Purveyor of Curiosities in Sanctuary. If you’ve got Murmuring Obols to spend then it’s a great way to narrow down your search though you’re still best off farming the above Echo bosses rather than racing to earn Murmuring Obols.
Though the Spiritborn is the new kid on the block in the RPG game’s DLC, don’t forget the other Diablo 4 classes, which have also received a plethora of new gear. Vessel of Hatred has also added the Diablo 4 mercenaries feature, with these companions available to give you a helping hand.
